The VA's Center for Women Veterans has been very supportive of the story LIONESS tells and of the women themselves. On March 31st, before our screening on Capitol Hill, Dr. Betty Moseley Brown, the Center's associate director, invited both Lionesses and filmmakers to a q&a with senior staff members.
Two Lionesses and the filmmakers were also interviewed on-camera by the VA's Jim Benson for an upcoming segment of The American Veteran.
